I'm receiving a "414-URI Too Long" error message when I try to sign into OpenAthens or GALILEO.
If you are receiving a 414 or similar error message, first try clearing your browser history and try to login again. Sometimes the browser tries to load an old page and clearing your history will solve the problem.
If you are still experiencing errors, try different access points to the website: 1. The Galileo link on TU Library's homepage located on the Thomas University's website. 2. The Galileo link in Library Tools in your Canvas; or 3. The Galileo website: http://www.galileo.usg.edu/welcome/ (once at Galileo.usg.edu, select Private College and then Thomas University from the menu).
If you are still having problems, try a different browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome or Safari.
